I just saw Trump has announced a complete blockade of sanctioned oil tankers off Venezuela.

I am wondering, does that include China's ships?

China has hundreds of oil wells in Venezuela and imports almost a million barrels of oil a day.

If this blockade includes China there is no way China will allow it!
