The new building doesn't increase revenues. It just allows SIMO to expand headcount and have office space.

The MXL - SIMO arbitration has a "final meeting" in March 2026, and a resolution sometime after that. I think it's reasonable to expect SIMO to be awarded at least $200m, but lets see, timing of decision, ability to collect, and everything is unknown. It's a nice thing to look forward to.
