The tactics don't need to be in place. ICE never had these problems prior to the quota program put into place almost 11-months ago. When you want to get immigrant criminals, you're going to get about 300-arrests a day, and that's what was happening the past 25-years. To get 1,000 a day, you're going to need to arrest 700 people every day without criminal records, and that's what's happening. People who have legitimate asylum cases, people who have been here 40-years and whose parents failed to file for amnesty when it was offered in 1986, people who were adopted 30-years ago and their parents failed to file the necessary paperwork to make them citizens, and other stuff like that. They're even picking up and deporting people with Green Cards. Just uprooting decent citizens who are working hard and ripping communities apart, all in the name of a random quota number. I can't imagine what is going to be done to get to the 3,000 people a day they want to arrest. That's a number similar to the Holocaust.
