I have always liked your approach, its academic. That is the key, find people who know what they are talking about and learn from them. Been my approach my entire life. And all I am saying is that China is very powerful and smart. The road and belt initiative has captured South America and Africa to grow food for them at a low cost, and why US farmers cannot compete, and will not get back into the Chinese imports for awhile. And they are integrating their AI in their industry, as is Japan and South Korea They are using their intelligence to sort of organize the world, with the understanding they are still NOT a democracy. The Yuan is replacing the dollar, and is going to use gold as its foundation. Trump and his band of clowns are like a children to Xi and the Chinese, and Japanese and Canadians and everyone else on the planet, but China is the powerhouse, and I don't see them ever cowering to Trump. Trump has made a huge mistake of hubris going after China ham handed like he has! Happy holidays!!
