I just got off the phone with TD. OBY shares are indeed non-eligible for registered accounts. I had TD move all three batches I have into a non-registered account. For some reason the way to do it without paying fees was to deregister them out of my TFSA and swap them out at zero vale from my RSPs. It is good to have them all in one account now. Maybe their value will at some point collectively be more than the ruinous cost of trading ASX shares. I think maybe if they trade on the OTCBB it might help, but I am not sure. LC
