I can’t get it to copy at all so I’ll type the conclusion. Goldenberg failed to prove that he is entitled to payment under the revenue-sharing provision . Judgement will be entered in favor of the company. Within thirty days, the parties much submit a proposed final order, agreed as to form. If there are issues that need to be addressed before a final order can be entered, then the parties must submit a joint letter identifying those issues and proposing a path forward. This instruction is not an invatation so seek a do-over. The article is over 60 pages, rather interesting, to bad I can’t get the link to work.
