Q: In Hong Kong, when Jimmy Lai was doing his 'thing', were there laws relating to incitement etc left by the UK ?

Q: would using China championed National Security Law require more or less proof than using the UK laws ?

Q: analyze the specific evidence presented in the Jimmy Lai trial that satisfied the 'Foreign Connection" element of the NSL Article 29. Did the UK law in HK have same element ? Compare the maximum penalties and sentencing guideline for the British Colonial Sedition Law vs the NSL, and which one applies to Jimmy Lai, w/r to the law applicable for the trial, and for sentencing when found guilty ?
