They didn't provide much background on the guy. He dropped out of Brown in 2001. His last known address was Miami, in 2001, according to the Prov police chief. He got permanent resident status in 2017, according to the RI AG.

Something doesn't add up. What the heck has the guy being doing for 24 years?
