US Bond market about to crash I think, and the move in the metals is reflecting the realities below.

The world does not want to finance our debt any more as they don't trust Trump, or his handling of the economy.

And there are also specific events that will hurt our ability to finance our debt e.g. the Yen carry trade is dead after 30 years, with the fall in the yen, and rise in Japanese interest rates for the 30 year bond close to our ours at 3.42%. They say if it goes past 3.5% all hell will break lose?

This is the highest in 30 years and will result in People selling our bonds and buying Japanese bonds.

And this will require more QE to meet the demand to finance our debt, combined with Trump's intent on lowering the fed funds rate by 300 basis points, and continuing his tariffs, all of which we all know are inflationary.

This triple problem working together could end up with us having hyper inflation.

And On top of that Trump is spending like a drunken sailor with his military adventurism. And if he also gets us into a war, that will be more debt, and god only knows what else.

AND he is daring China and Russia to oppose his efforts to steal Venezuela's oil, and I don't think China will back down.

He has run amok and many believe his has serious dementia, so he is out of touch with reality.

And the Republican party still refuses to reign him in!
