We have been saying for years that while FSD is impressive, there’s no evidence that it can reach level 4 autonomy in consumer vehicles. Banking on it turning cars into appreciating robotaxis in the near term is financial suicide.
I wonder what Lambert is going to have to say about it when Tesla does hit L4 FSD before anyone else? He just keeps doubling down thinking he is going to be right on something, and it is as though he is making it up as he goes.

I have felt a little silly because at first when I started following his website I assumed he must have knowledge of the business but he just keeps falling on his face.

I think he missed the boat this one. If Tesla proved unable I'm not sure where it would level self-driving as a thing. Tesla is certainly ahead of the others who allegedly "contenders". (WayMo, specifically).
