ok. but he totally missed out on the history of exactly what brought us to this moment in time, which has been a long slow process probably going back all the way to Nixon's closing of the gold window, but more recently, the 30 plus years of spending and money printing beginning with Alan Greenspan.. IOW, TeoTwawki has been on our radar for 30 years plus..

But like Andy said, about going to cocktail parties, the dumbfucks who ask you to talk about this, simply don't get it, do not care to get it, and behind your back call you crazy for answering "their" question...

What everyone missed is, TeoTwawki was a process.. and now finally it is becoming a truly actionable EVENT.

Process... off balance sheeting the true numbers.... and now the numbers re asserting their presence in all their destructive glory. AND THAT, TPM completely fails to see/mention. He divides up the last decades into mini stories that obscure the broader context and framework, saying the parts are episodic, missing the actual investment story altogether. Like a bad day trader trying to take on a position trade which is 99% a skill no short term trader has with much finess. but that's a whole other subject. TPM has no big picture understanding.
