Hello Buster,

The release was vague as usual with no real specifics. It just said the line of credit was obtained "through an equity investment". I don't know exactly what that means, but I don't think any shares were issued to obtain it. I would guess some shares may be issued as the line of credit is utilized. Yesterday's release said the company was authorized to buy back up to 4 million shares which it stated was "nearly 10 percent" of issued shares. Since we knew there were 41 million shares issued prior to the $12M line of credit, it would seem no new shares were issued for that. Hope that's not too convoluted.

Be careful out there.
