the state’s highest court overturned decisions by the Delaware Court of Chancery that had voided the package, which grants Musk options to buy 303 million split-adjusted Tesla shares. At Friday’s closing price, the award is valued at about $139 billion, making it the largest executive compensation package ever restored by a U.S. court.
