According to United24 the Ukrainian "Sapsan" ballistic missile launch complex has entered mass production, and the system is being deployed.

......huge impact.........this ballistic missile can penetrate S400 systems and actually target them at 500km range ....if Ukraine can make 3 or 4 a week, expect at least one S400 system radar to be taken out per week

....makes hitting targets in/around Moscow with big kaboom warheads a reality

.....expect HUUUUGE holes in S400 coverage by spring
