Apparently, the recent talk of Rubio is adhering to the National Security Strategy document, released a few weeks ago. Which means dealing with the world as is vs. fantasy of neocon war criminals. Especially interesting because Rubio used to be one of those neocons.

May be a good sign for future AMD sales to China.
