Another Chinese player in AI clusters, this was AMD's old Epyc partner Sugon:

They don't say whose GPU cards it uses however. It appears Sugon is making the rack system. It makes it sound like their rack or pod is something like a PCIe GPU card, rather than a 1U rack wide MB with multiple GPUs. So perhaps it can work with any PCIe GPU card such as the new horde of Chinese players are pushing. No doubt they will be using their EPYC derived CPUs as the front ends.
