There is a half decent 67 Camaro former big block in a garage down the street. I could pick it up for about 5 grand - only issue it is missing the 396 big block - if I come across a big block I will chase after the car. Yah I could drop in an LS and flip it - just not that interested at this time. Got a square body to get rid of - first.

Auction update - I just did a partial cost on just the u- joints I picked up for $145.oo comes out to about $4000.oo retail and that is not with tax - got a bunch of seals and bearings that I have not priced in. Nice thing is many of the U-joints are the ones that fit my vehicles.

Total expense was $343.oo ...... for about $6250.oo worth of retail priced parts and fasteners (and that is on the low side - most likely higher) - funny part is I was feeling that I was not being prudent with my money, Once I figured out that about 10 U - joints would fit my truck I was smiling.
