Correct Roadguy! When our product (Zenguard) was first tested by a Ontario based University, in their high risk (Pathogens) Laboratory, they had a 100% virus and bacteria kill rate. It was retested and the kill rate stayed the same at 100%. the University Lab would only say publicly, that the kill rate was 99.9%. That is the reason on the mask cartons, the efficacy rate is 99.9% on Bacteria and 99.9% on Pathogens. No Laboratory or Government agency will currently allow you to use the term 100%.
