Why does the RuZZian envoy state on RuZZian state-sponsored TASS that Tulsi Gabbard can expose "the deep-state warmonger machinery trying to incite WW3," if Tusi Gabbard herself isn't closely aligned with RuZZian talking points?

Many of Tulsi Gabbard's other publicly stated views directly align with RuZZian media talking points. Her own aides have stated that Tulsi is a regular consumer of RT, which is also a RuZZian state-controlled media outlet, long after RT has been outed as such:

In short, she's a fan of PooTin, and she's totally fascinated by RuZZian narratives. Even now that she's Director of National Intelligence, she keeps parroting "Deep State" conspiracy theories without any producing any evidence thereof.

There is no other way to describe her than as a perfectly willing RuZZian asset, one that doesn't need to be coerced or blackmailed into spouting their lies.
