Thanks, I hadn't seen that response. Isn't it funny how the whole bit about the PIA wasn't mentioned at all in the Asensio story, definitely slanted. That issue aside, I'm still not clear as to the allegation that Zonagen knew that ImmuMax was essentially another drug, and clearly not able to be patented. Yet they filed for a patent anyway. Whether that's a crime or not, I have no idea, but it shows questionable ethics and I can certainly see why some people are drawing parallels with the Vasomax situation as the similarities are obvious.
