First of all, Merry Christmas to you and all friends and contributes on this forum.
I am so grateful to have so many people, starting with Chief, Breeze, Hawkman, and you, along with Joanne, that have so much expertise and are so willing to share it with everyone.
Second, specifically for you, Bob, if you have not read my private message to you from December 9th, please do so. What I shared with you is an explanation of why we have some dips of the bottom spotter curve that probably should not be considered as a valid bottoming of the market.
I am working on some additional logic in the calculation of the bottom spotter that I hope will eliminate these "false bottoms". I have promised Hawkman that when I have the time, I will complete the development and share some plots with him, however, that will likely happen after Christmas (next Friday, Saturday, or Sunday). Hawk has worked so long with the bottom spotter as it currently is that he knows how to interpret the combination of the bottom spotter along with his top spotter and trigger when reading his plots, but I think a little adjustment in the bottom spotter will eliminate some confusion for those of us who have not studied these tools like Hawk has.
