I think we’re at somewhat of a crossroads. If we get a pullback over the next couple of trading days, and the 6835 gap-fill in the S&P holds, then I think we could see a rally into the end of the year. If that support level doesn’t hold, I could see the opposite happening with a drop down to around 6600 or lower before the next move up in January.
Indicators are flashing red, but I have to wonder if they might be affected by the thin pre-holiday trading.
