Would ANYONE on this thread even consider that there is an ever so remote possibility that the downgrade is appropriate and justifiable, that perhaps CPQ is/was stuffing the channel, that the DEC marriage IS going to be very difficult, and that just by chance, the stock is fairly priced @ 32??? Stephen
