<I have a feeling Reggie's main purpose in this forum is too advertise his consulting business. He will lose many clients when AMD outperforms Intel in the next six months.>

I was going to let this comment go by, but I decided I would address the matter once again. What consulting services do I offer? I have stated earlier that I deal with institutions and not retail investors (which should be obvious if you looked into what you commented on), hence there is no logical reason for me to "advertise" buy posting to SI. I must admit that I enjoy people coming by my site and will encourage it, but not for purposes of profit (have you seen anything for sale?). I don't solicit on threads, and I don't give advice on threads. It would appear that you are insinuating that I cannot post to this thread with the same freedoms as you or anyone else without "advertising".

As for the "six month" performance, I doubt so. It is possible, but on a risk adjusted basis it is truly not worth it in my opinion. There are MANY other investments that will give you more bang for the risk adjusted buck.

While I am at it, I would like to make it clear that the fact that someone is not euphoric on AMD's current prospects leads them to undue abuse on this thread. Due to this, you discourage significant participation from those that could quite possibly add significant value to the thread. The topic of the thread is not AMD vs. INTC, it is the prospects of AMD. Participants should be just as open to bearish and bullish news. It tends to lead to more cogent decision making. Nuff preaching, I'll be on my way now.
