I get why a lot of people avoid O. I own it, and keep adding to it due to the dividend. The company advertises itself as the Monthly Dividend Company, and in my opinion, any company willing to do that is going to do everything within their power to protect that dividend. So, it's the reliability of the income flow, and not the price appreciation that attracts me to this company, and why I continue to add small amounts to it every month.
