Valuespec I propose that you get a dictionary ! Propose: Suggest , put forward for consideration. The CFO is NOT proposing the sale of all his shares
he has submitted a form that allows him to sell all his shares.

You either has have a very poor grasp of English OR you are twisting the meaning of a form 144 INTENTIONALLY.
