Used to always have them on hand for putting them into a glazed ham centered in the squares I made from scoring the fat. Learned it at my first real job as a teenager, working the full menu at a restaurant.

Haven't bought them in many years, but now it's time for a rethink. Having been diagnosed with early signs of asthma I'm going to give them a try.
