Fwiw, Armstrong saying platinum will head higher because possibility of Europe initiating capital controls on gold and silver which historically has been done in the case of war. Time again to turn on the catalytic converter alarm? )

Beginning January 1st China will restrict selling silver b/c becoming scarce.
Retail demand on silver has soured after exceeding $65. Retail dealers in US are reporting they are no longer selling to wholesale dealers..
