We have to be objective, rational and logical and accept that NOU,which has been given over $50m by Ottawa, may have already been contacted, and that the Quebec company can also purify its own graphite to the necessary degree..

I don't yet see an overwhelming investment case for NOU, so I don't yet invest in that company; however I suspect that it will be the first or second Canadian company to make large commercial extractions ie from its Matawinnie deposit. We may be the third.

That's the harsh reality of western capitalism.
With 'reality' being the most important word in this wider scenario.
