Q: Btw, other than “requiring permission to export silver” from China is there any official explanation why China putting silver-export in chokehold?

Q: but ... eh ... but, like the Foundation 2021 outlawed bitcoin mining AND trading, and drove most but not all BTC miners out of China, resulting in a lot of places using a lot of electricity to do something totally, I meant 'arguably totally' useless, and so saving China electricity to do really useful stuff, like AI and manufacturing. Obviously, in hindsight what was apparent actually tallied with enunciated policy of 'environment something' and 'ecological something else'. However, China is forbidden the export but not the import, and not the trading of silver. Surely there are better ways to protect the environment :0) Just-saying.

Q: which state organisation actually thinks up such Go- / Chess- moves? I mean it is brilliant; credit where credit due. 'nuff-said
