Happy New Year folks,

Thanks for Moe’s email Roadguy. Hopefully that email works…. Seems all the other Zen emails or communication options are broken…. Or at least I fail to get a response….

This company’s communication and marketing is pathetic. Broken links on the company website…. Easy things to fix while they wait for decisions and research to finish up.

I once worked with a guy that kept his project site spotless and well organized. I pointed it out and he said it wasn’t difficult keeping things in order and cleaned up. He said it showed respect and that he valued his clients and showed he was organized and knew what he is doing. He compared his work site to one nearby and said it looked like a nightmare and that typically translates to other aspects of business operations.

In my opinion, Zen needs to clean house, get the simple things fixed and organized and get communications figured out and generally get their shit together.

In addition, I hope the company can close the loop on a few items (eg. Aubrey legal issue - have they finished this?) so they don’t hold us back if good news is coming. I had asked HC (freedom of information) and the company when Zen was informed by HC about the filter classification. The news release was vague and did not provide the date. Neither answered the question. Curious about not disclosing that timeline and the stock price movements around that time….
