It certainly looks like a holder with at least several hundred
thousand to several million shares is lightening up. It occurs
to me that the seller could be INTUIT raising cash for all of
their new initiatives such as TURBO TAX on YAHOO. Purely wild
speculation, but institutional investors are usually smoother
on the exits (e.g. Fidelity Magellan buys and sells millions
and is careful to make small perturbations in market). Thus it
could be a corporate holder. Also, is there another large commercial
holder who might be selling from one of CKFR deals (AOL? I can't
remember)?
