Have been crushing 4-5 cloves and pouring hot water into cup would assume only need to wait few minutes. But as with green tea make 1-2 quart thermos at a time.

Noticed when biting down on clove before sleep becomes spicy, which assume are the nutrients, then throwing in 5-10 minutes.
Fwiw have been adding tsp apple cider vinegar, big pinch cinnamon. Not a bad taste, cinnamon helps.. ) There's always honey..

Believe its Doc Oz on YouTube commercials saying cinnamon at night having benefits..."only 1% know they have type 2 diabetes. (?). Reduces bathroom trips. Removes a parasite." Could be he's promoting cinnamon?
