Good tips.

I like ACV and used it to great effect years ago for shoulder ache for what I took to be bursitis since it was a hot deep pain that came with certain movements. I mixed it in hot water with local honey containing royal jelly first thing in the morning. In a few months the pain was gone.

Every so often it flared up, and the treatment would do its thing. I can't say if both ingredients were needed or not in reality, but I wasn't going to experiment with the formula.

In more recent years, ACV started giving my stomach problems. I have to dilute it quite a bit to tolerate it anymore.
