Yep. Roller coaster is right. Feel your pain. Best case scenario is we get a Class 1 if you want to get to market ASAP. Or Best case scenario? We're listed as Class II and that means we can make claims on labelling that our competitors can't. So while they decide which legal slot we fall into, we wait. This is why the web site was scrubbed on the HVAC filter page, because Zentek doesn't know how to base its claims until they flip the coin and we get a 1 or a 2. It will be either one of them, but I'm hoping for a Class 2 because I see it as a golden ticket. Yes, it will take longer to get into the market but Zentek already has done the heaviest lift and by having the ISO 13485:2016 certified rating. This allows us to produce Class II devices that don't just catch dust, they kill viruses. See the difference. I suspect Zentek hasn't spoken much to this because they themselves don't know which slot they'll fall into.
Now, go to your corners and come out fighting!!!!!
