Bob, an associate and I owned a 37 acre parcel in Horseshoe Bay on the Lake. We entitled the property into 27 lots and then sold the property to a developer. So I guess I was a Cheesehead for a while. RE development is not my cup of tea. I learned it's the entitlement into smaller buildable parcels that significantly increase the value of land. But it's a hassle dealing with the local government agency. I'll stick with tech. Breeze :))
