I recieved a phone call last nite at about 10:00 p.m. The phone call told me who Mr. Pink is. If you look in the
10K, the
only legal procedings Actrade has, is a legal battle against a former employee, who worked investor relations for
3-4 months. He
was then let go an was not very happy. Actrade made the decision, not to honor his warrants or options and
Actrade is being
sued. This is the person claiming to be Mr. Pink, which explains the reason, why he was not participating in the
conference call!
This would explain how he could move the stock. Working in Investor Relations, you have the resources to talk to
people on the
street, which is exactly what Mr. Pink did, he talked to Fohnstock, one of several Market Makers for the stock
and started spreading
these rumors. If anyone remembers back 200-300 posts, someone asked if Mr. Pink has something personal
against the company, well
it turns out he does. This also explains how he know so much about Mitch and other people in the company and
why he calls the
people names. In combination with using his resources from the company and the stock boards, he was able to
munipulate the stock
price, but from what I heard, Actrade is going after him! |
