To All; News is out on initial interim financing to be in part used for Panama activities which are expected to be on-line within 30 to 60 days. businesswire.com Some of the financing funds will be used for the completion of commercial field testing in the Nueces River. Personally I like the way they set up the $10 million on a draw down basis (like a line of credit). This way as projects progress and they have a cash flow happeining they may look at other alternatives for replacing the above(ie.debt financing)to reduce share dilution. Regards, Bonnie
