Richard,

From conversation with Mr. Lau, the Insiders hold a majority and will continue to hold it. They will not be using stock for acquisitions. They are issuing some options to Insiders but it's small considering the dilution. Since IPO they have put out 250K. The Insiders exercised and sold 125K to get the money to pay the company, so Insider holdings stayed at slightly over 50% and the company added cash.

What I have come up with - Paul or David posted that Behringer has around 1M shares. Figuring Insiders at 2.75 leaves around 2.6M less Behringer and Fund holdings of 350K, we would now have around 1.25M in the public float. Full dilution on the report is 5.480, but part of this is unexercised stock options. The old float has been increased by the warrants being called.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

j - Don't doubt your post, just think your broker was using old information.

Does anyone know if there was a single buyer picking up large lots yesterday? Volume took a big jump late morning thru early afternoon. The Bid was never higher than 1K that I saw but shares were being gobbled up fast near the 20 level. Back to low volume this morning. Have the feeling there's major support at 20 that may decide to jump in again if they see another build up of sell orders. Trying to fill a position without upsetting the price?

For what it's worth,
Ron
