Moustafa, President, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Diversinet Corp. is pleased to
announce the appointment of Mr. Frank M. Clegg to the board of directors of Diversinet Inc., a wholly
owned subsidiary of Diversinet Corp.
Mr. Clegg has been with Microsoft for 7 years, and as Vice President for the Central U.S. and Canada
region, he oversees several hundred sales, consulting and technical support staff in pre-sales and post sales
responsibilities. In addition, he is on the Board of Internet Liquidators International Ltd. and has served as a
member of the University of Waterloo Advisory Council.
