To paraphrase our fishy friend, do you want to 100% bet your life that teddy bears can't be a WMD?? Yeah, labeling everything as "terrorism" or, as I expect we will be hearing a lot more of, "insurrection", also means we are in a perpetual state of emergency. Kind of convenient when Congress and the USSC rolls over and plays dead when that magical phrase is invoked, "state of emergency"...
