WARP 10 Completes Developments of Next Generation WarPres SDK WarpRes in Hands of Key Industry Corporations for Technical Evaluation
TORONTO, Feb. 26 /CNW-PRN/ - WARP 10 Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: WARPF, CDN: WARP) today announced that it has completed development of the WarpRes Software Developer's Kit (SDK). WarpRes is a next generation imaging technology designed to optimize the use images over communication networks.
The WarpRes SDK is now in the hands of several key industry corporations who are conducting a technical evaluation of the SDK for potential licensing opportunities.
Marvin Igelman, President and CEO of Warp 10 said ''Using the SDK, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and software developers can license WarpRes for use in their products. Applications for WarpRes include digital photography, satellite and medical imagery and the Internet.''
WarpRes has been adopted by the Art Museum Network (AMN) for use in MuseumRes and was recently displayed at the Kodak Pavilion at Comdex.
