We are also seeing a lot of mergers and acquisitions and the other thing that we are seeing is corporations putting their capital where they can get the best return and often that is outside the U.S. from low-wage jobs, inside the U.S. for high-wage jobs. CHADWICK: It has not and, in fact, I think that the unemployment rate sounds very, very low, but I would actually argue it's probably higher than it really is because you only are counting the people that are looking for jobs. And I think it is very important because a lot of people are concerned that we are going to -- we have too high a trade deficit. And I think that is looking wrong thing.
