My argument is that Venezuela had declared war on the USA, it just was not kinetic. There are various levels of war and they certainly waged an informational, economic and diplomatic war on us, not to mention the terrorist infiltrators and drugs they sent across our borders to destabilize communities. Venezuela is a puppet state operating as a proxy for China et al. A direct violation of the Monroe/ Trump Doctrine.
