Short covering rallies are to be expected after an 18% decline. It regained a little over half the lost ground. Why would that lead you to believe the rest of the shorts will capitulate? Actually, I think many more have capitulated since the 13th, but there was plenty of supply to meet their needs. What is 166? Your new target?
