No they don't. I think you are talking about that supposedly nuclear powered cruise missile. It is subsonic and unlikely to perform as claimed for even that. I am skeptical about it because unless they have recovered tech from a UFO crash, we are talking about using an unshielded reactor in the open air. Which can work, but it would irradiate everything around it as soon as the reactor goes critical. And any closed loop system with a heat exchanger would weigh far too much to work.

This is beyond Luft '46 type of stuff. Many of those designs could have actually been useful, unlike the Russian one. Now like Nazi Germany, Russia has neither the money nor the resources needed to actually field such a weapon. They can't keep their Satan 2 missiles from blowing up and liquid fueled ballistic missiles have been around since the 1940s.
