Nope He deliberately got in her way. He should have backed off. When he shot her his line of fire was less than a foot away from the ICE agent who had his hand on the drivers door and other hand was on that door handle. A very very dangerous weapon discharge with no regards for the safety of the other ICE agent and people standing behind the vehicle. Any police officer here in the U.S. would be fired as a result of that extremely dangerous weapon discharge. Totally uncalled for.
