Bill,
It's against the law to drive your vehicle at a police officer standing in front of it. Dangerous too.
It's also bad practice for a police officer to stand in front of a moving vehicle and artificially create a situation where use of deadly force is required.

In other words, the ICE agent himself created the dangerous situation, especially with his fellow thugs descending upon the vehicle and trying to kidnap the 37-year-old lady.

I don't think the ICE agent is guilty of murder, and I don't think the lady is completely innocent. But I do think the ICE thugs lack training. If they don't have immunity from civil lawsuits, the victim's family has a pretty good civil case here.
