Dear Mr. Murphy;
Just whom is it that you are trying to protect us from?
I heard nothing about a lawsuite where your company collected $11.5Mil.
If you have a resolve toward us than simply tell us if you have re-negotiated the original contract with Franklin or do you have a new contract? Or do you have nada?
