Re: Conversation with FLC IR mph and Thread, Just talked to Investor Relations at FLC. IR says: Earnings Report will be out late next week (week of Mar 2-6) OR early in the following week (week of Mar 9-13). This is not a delay since no date was ever set. It has been especially difficult to put together report due to recent combination of RB + FLC, but there are no problems with the company. The release of the report will be announced in advance. No other announcement is planned. There is not, and has not been, any restriction on sale of stock by insiders due to combination of RB + FLC or for any other reason, as far as IR knows. Company knows of no reason for recent price decrease. IR rep speculates it may be Wall Street nervousness because Earnings Report not yet out. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - That's what I was told. best regards, diana
